Branding for the nation
The overall campaign was simple, reduce time wasted across the NHS structure and the resulting costs and queues associated with the public using the wrong service for the wrong symptoms.
The aim was to educate the public about the different medical services available and their specific uses. So when required, they make the right choice, and go to the right place, first time.

We used a simple colour coded system to associate each NHS service.
The central wheel increased in severity highlighting the appropriate care.
A succesful literature and advertising campaign was rolled out. Increasing awareness to the problems associated with using the wrong service and educating what was appropriate care and treatment destination for various conditions. In turn, saving time and money within and under pressure public service.
This campaign went on to be rolled out in multiple districts across the country.
