Design Account Manager
We are currently looking for a talented Account Manager to join our busy team. The main areas of focus will be Design and Digital led accounts but an understanding of PR and overarching marketing experience will be a distinct advantage.
As an Account Manager within the Design team, you will be working on our biggest client accounts, namely retail business and consumer products, providing strategic consultancy, handling the day-to-day delivery of creative campaigns, securing new business opportunities, and acting as the ambassador for the team.
Other key duties will include:
• Key contact for your respective accounts – liaising frequently with all clients
• Provide strategic advice and compose strategy proposals
• Ensure that all activity is delivered to a high standard
• Proactively plan and win new business pitches
• Manage, write and edit design and digital materials for print and online
• Manage design projects through their creative studio
As an individual, you should have at least three years agency experience, with genuine interest in, passion for, detailed knowledge of and particular experience in design and/or digital fields. You should already be an established Account Manager, ideally with a relevant degree, qualification or similar. You will have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, excellent project management and time management skills, experience of managing design and digital projects, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and plenty of experience of liaising with and managing the expectations of clients. You should also be creative, up-to-date with marketing and social media trends, articulate, professional, friendly and positive.
